Marco, yes I am looking to build a cash base. I also joined a Real estate group in DEC 2012. Just starting to get to know a few people. May have a partner in 4-5 weeks, he's coming back from FL then, but he lives in NH. My Brother lives in Kittery ME. Found a good deal there by chance, however will be gone in 4-5 weeks. :)

Hi My name is Henry,
I'm from up state Schenectady ny about 20 min West of Albany.

I work full time as an electric Planner, love to be active, playing tennis, working out, etc.

I have owned 1 two family years ago it only made $100 a month after all expenses. I sold it about 6 yrs ago. I'm looking to buy and flip, and wholesale, with the idea of getting 3-4 units for passive income in 2-5 yrs.

The biggest problem I'm having is not only finding deals but getting the funds. Seeing how I do not have a track record, I don't feel comfortable going to private money lenders just yet. While I do have some money, having the money for repairs is a hurdle I have not gotten over just yet.

Anyone with ideas in these areas I would greatly appreciate.

Found this site one day just looking around on the web. I also attended a Fortune Builders 3 day seminar lots of good info but I did not go for the Mastery program or any of the others.
