A property recently came back on the market because the buyer backed out due to the seller/re agent taking to long to get “the license to sell”? Can anyone explain this situation? Thank you in advance! ❤️✌🏻

I am managing an apartment complex in MA which consist of 216 apartments. We have a 8% vacancy rate at the moment and looking for other non traditional ways to lower it. I am trying to see if I can set up certain contracts with affordable housing or senior citizens, but am getting stuck. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

We are looking at updating all of it and it’s all open right now.

Hey Everyone question, renovating property in NH and we have the option on switching from gas to electric and was curious if this would be a smart move?

Thank you

Hi Everyone, Buying first 3 unit in Manchester, NH and wanted to see what utilities landlords can charge for? Outside of tenants paying for their electricity/heat?
