We are working with a nonprofit who would be buying the properties and funded the renovation cost. From there my LLC would refinance to pay the non profit their money back. Any suggestions on how my LLC could refinance without holding any equity interest to begin?

I own LLC A and I am trying to figure out the best way to loan money to LLC B (I own as well) for a project without being taxed. At the same time any profits I make from LLC B I would like to be able to transfer and keep into LLC A. Is this possible and a way to set this up? Thank you in advance!

I own an LLC and I am trying to lend a friends LLC money. Does anyone know what and/or how that would come about? Mainly for tax purposes?

Thank you!
