Maybe I wasn't clear enough. I saw 2 infomercials about "big time" real estate guys offering to fund deals for people that attend their seminars/meetings. So, they give them money to find, rehab and sell the deal. They take 5 percent in return.

Has anyone heard about these big-time real estate moguls holding these free lunch/dinner meetings where they offer money to investors to find properties? I've only been around a few months so I haven't heard of this. Is this something new or has this been going on for a while?
