From my reading, you/your cpa have to file/elect to count the hours for your entire portfolio. Forgot the form number. Also, for REPS think it is 750hours but for STR it is 100 or 500hrs. Just FYI.

Dear all, I am trying to find out if I need an STR license for a STR in Milwaukee. I called the county clerk and they were not sure. Is there any place where I can find this information? Thanks in advance.

These are my top two choices for realtors:

1. Anna from SNSHN Realty

2. Ed from Welcome Home Milwaukee

Though they may be a bit expensive, I have spoken to my realtor about them and have personally spoken to them as well. They have been very approachable and have answered almost all of my questions.

I have not yet signed up with them but you may want to take a look.
