The market in Montclair has gotten really hot.  42 Walnut Crescent was listed a week ago and had 70 people at the open house and is under contract at 100K over listing.  I've heard that this is common lately.  You have to be ready to buy as soon as something is listed. Best of luck.

I'm Neil,

I've been interested in real estate for a long time as my family has taught me through the years. I've been in tech sales for 15 years and have always been a top performer so have the skills that go along with that.  My father is a carpenter and passed those skills and I worked in construction as well.  I have done a few real estate deals and have done most of the work myself as I have always thought that's the most cost effective way.

As I look to grow my portfolio, I won't be able to continue doing it all myself and hope to build a trusted team

I am very fair,  easy going and straight forward and prefer to deal with a similar type of person.
