So I have been watching youtube, listening to podcasts, and reading posts! Are there any books anyone would recommend in the realm of notes?  

@Bill Gulley Thanks for the insight Bill. To be sure, there seems to be a danger of being the last person holding the bag. Some of it does seem interesting as well though. Thanks everyone, for all the help!!

@Bill Gulley, do you have any counterpoints and or insights that lead you to advise an attorney? I understand at a very basic level the importance of legal advice in real estate transactions. Are there any pitfalls in particular regarding notes that you think I should look into?

Hi everyone! Today I attended my very first meet-up ever and it was on note buying. I have some experience with owning and managing a rental property and have read a few of the general real estate books out there. However, I know next to nothing about notes. Are there any resources anyone would recommend to a note neophyte? And thank you all so much for any help you can provide...
