This is what an apparent lender responded to me after I asked for references and a NMLS # so I could look him up and also know who Im borrowing from... He said his name is Larry White; says he's a direct lender and the ceo of Alliance Premium Finance llc. Uses his own cash. The loan is for 180k 2yrs 5%. Let me know what ya'll think. I'm having a hard time believing that this isn't a scam.

I’ve tried to skip trace the company and the name of the lender even with the number and got nothing much.

Even requested a conference video call... his response was : “

I don’t understand what you mean by that I take risk leaving my money in the hands of clients without requesting for a video call, I’m surprised at this statement I have been in business for more than 12 yrs in all my years of working and disbursements of my funds have never had any course to have video call . You can inquire that from clients that I have funded.

But if you have any reason to doubt my legitimacy you can go ahead and cancel your loan application it’s not too late to do so”

I have someone offering to lend me money as a direct lender. Only thing is, I can’t figure out if it’s legit or not.

All I need is funding or a private lender to team with and it’s over. The amount of property I’m running across is crazy. I don’t want to wholesale these things anymore. I want to buy myself and get dirty for better outcome!
