Hey Anna,

I am set for a follow up actually today. I will let you know. The seller wanted a specific amount originally that didn't quite fit my criteria but I haven't given up on it just yet. In a way I want to help this lady out more than anything so I am trying to work my magic. Congrats to your situation. I hope closing goes well!

@Mike M. Hey Mike, hope all is well. Quick question. What if the owner is discharged from all of that.

So I have a home owner that was referred to me by a previous client I helped earlier this year; She wants to sell her house. However, she has filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Although I have a bit of knowledge working with pre-foreclosures, I am not to fond of a real-estate strategy for working with a property after bankruptcy. I want to help but I don't want to misguide her. Not how I do business. Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.

My name is Nehemiah. I currently reside in Atlanta, Ga. I am the ceo of Strong Wall Real Estate Acquisitions (my startup company). I grew interest in real estate after a landlord had done my mom terribly wrong on a house she should own today; a house I grew up in, due to her lack of knowing certain things. I decided to jump in a little over a couple months ago by way of wholesaling. Did my 1st deal in 2 weeks, made 22k from it. I’ve been learning by way of YouTube tutorials, books, webinars, etc etc. However I want better learn how to apply different strategies. I am so hungry and motivated to do this, that I’ve chosen to walk away from my 9-5 of 9 years. There’s a lot more to my story but I won’t bore you. I just want an opportunity to sit down 1 on 1 with a real mentor in real estate, and other entrepreneurial things from time to time and learn 😪. I’ll even work for free if need be.. I don’t mind. Knowledge > Money
