Been hearing advertisements on the radio for a Saturday free clinic on instructions about flipping and the opportunity to join a team. Is it worth at least sitting through the seminar. Not sure I want to be a part of his "team" but what do you guys think or know of this fella?

Congrats on the deals. I am new to BP also and made my first phone call today to a for sale by owner. My not seem like much to many here but it is huge for me and learned so much on here and new how to find info on comps. By the time I was off the phone with the lady she was asking me what the selling price of her house should be. Though there was no deal today I am taking the " I'm interested but don't necessarily need it" pose for a couple of days. Thanks BP and congrats again! Thanks for telling me about the other threads. The people that comment for the first time really sold me on NOT buying into it. Although I believe he has some good points about what to do and look for I don't believe I will be paying for info that he has already put up on YouTube.

Been watching all these videos by this guy on YouTube. Really inspiring! Saw he had an apprentice program. Anyone know anything about it or how it works, cost associated? Shoot me straight guys I don't do BS.
