@Bob Prisco

If possible, I’d love to have a conversation with you. I purchased in a D-class neighborhood, have a tenant who has a section 8 voucher, cmha just submitted an offer, it came well below hud, I’m trying to understand their pay standard and can use some guidance. Any help is greatly appreciated.

All the best.

Hello everyone, I’m inquiring on if i need pre-approval letter to get a mortgage for rental property less than 100k? I intend on using a small community bank or a credit union. I have the down payment and my credit is great, just not sure how this whole mortgage thing works. Any advice/ guidance would be greatly appreciated

Chaim F. Thanks for your input, do you know of any??
My goal for 2016 is to purchase a live in rental property in new york. It's been hard looking for something at a discounted price but I will keep at it until I find a deal that meets my criteria.

Hi BP family, does anyone know anything about rezoning and permitting in New York? I'm trying to add square footage to a property by adding another bedroom. Any advice is well appreciated.
