Quote from @Ko Kashiwagi:

Typically construction loans require a good amount of experience. Do you have experience in flipping or doing BRRRRs? Most construction loan programs reuiqre minimum 5, sometimes 3 exits in the last 2-3 years.

No Experience under my name. What if I were to bring on a sponsor with experience?

Hey Bigger Pockets community. I have recently been blessed with some opportunities from my wholesaling business I have started. I have 2 separate Property owners where im located in Maine both looking to do joint venture deals where they provide the land and I get the project lined up and funded. A key note is that I am a framer for new construction and also have all the subcontractors. My constraints are that I am only 24 and do not have any previous lending history nearly to this capacity, as well as having limited knowledge on how to structure these deals with subdivisions. Im wondering if there's anyone who can help advise me on this process or the initial steps I should take.

Hey BiggerPockets community I'm reaching out to grow my network of investors who have a lot of knowledge and interest in the new construction industry. I recently started my wholesaling business and within my first month have already locked up a couple Vacant land properties and I want to go all in on this strategy! I'd love to become more knowledgable within the Land and new construction game but im coming to learn there are a lot of moving parts. If you have any information or feel I can add value to you lets connect!

Calling all Real Estate investors, Developers, and those looking to purchase land in Southern Maine! I have a great deal under contract for 4 Acres in Freeport Maine. I recently started my wholesaling business and just closed on another vacant land property earlier this month. Anyone looking to purchase a GREAT OFF MARKET DEAL already under contract message me for more contact information. I will then send you a full property outline.

Hey bigger pockets community I'm a 24 year old new real estate Investor as well as carpenter. I have been doing Carpentry since 18 years old and have lots of experience Framing, as well as flooring installation, and as Finished Carpentry.  I recently graduated From the university of southern Maine with a business degree in Small Business and entrepreneurship. I live in the Portland, Maine area and am currently launching my real estate wholesaling business as a short term strategy in order to build knowledge, capital, and a network so that I can eventually start investing in my own projects such as fix and flips, and both short and long term rentals. If anyone in the Southern Maine area is currently wholesaling I would love to hear more about your experiences and anyone else with knowledge in the industry. Lets connect!
