I appriciate the response. It's good to have criticism from all sources. As for the " Millenium Investors" notice the "s" . I am in the works for creating a National Network. I'm currently looking for investors all over the country to participate in a new genre-changing marketing campaign. Isn't that what this site is all about? Investing ? From scratch, in my situation, means no money, and very little experience. As far as knowledge, i have a good idea where to start. I'ts just the little details that i need to get down before anything really happens. For instance, i have a motivated seller. Before i go in and try to take control of the property, should i do an assement, title search, etc. Just need little advice like that. Thanks in advance for all the help. This site rocks.

Starting from scratch guys. I know someone out there has become successful and started from nothing. I need some advice guys. What's the smartest way to start investing from scratch? Say i do get into the house and get a Lease Option from the seller. What's the next step to insure the deal goes through without hassle ? What's the easiest method of conducting business strictly over the internet, phone, and fax. Would anyone recommend this. Any and all advice will be apprecitated.

24yo Navy Vet who is in a unique situation. I've been reading some books by Robert Allen and one by Peter Conti & David Finkel. I'm very interested in Flipping, or even working some Lease Options. I'm very motivated and knowledgeable in certain areas. Personally i think that i'm a hell of a negotiator and have a niche for finding motivated sellers. I'm in the Tide Water area of Virginia, with all the Millitary and stuff like that. The market is red hot. Here's the situation. Due to neglect on my part, i have no license at the moment. So i have to depend on everyone from the guys in the Labor Ready line, to the neighbor in the condo next to me. Key point, i have been setting up appointments like cake work and scheduling rides. The rides never show up and i'm out a couple of grand because i can't come up with gas for a ride NOW. Anyone have tips on conducting business strictly online or by phone and would they even advise this. I'm open to any and all adivice.
Ps. Anyone heard of the authors and their ideas?
