It is simple no you do not need a business lic to invest in NC.

@Tony Stephenson -- NC does not require a business license for REI. NC requires a license for brokerage. Most people form an entity and the entity needs to be registered with NC...the cost is minimal....check out the NCSOS (Secretary of State) site.

Hello BP, 

Im a wholesaler looking to build my cash buyers list. I was wondering should i post on craiglist and backpage to find cash buyers and if that is a good route to go, what section do i actually post in. 

Also, i was wondering if anyone knew any good websites for bandit signs to use for marketing.
