Does anyone know or know where I could find something in writing saying that I need a business license to invest in real estate in the state of North Carolina?

It is simple no you do not need a business lic to invest in NC.

@Tony Stephenson -- NC does not require a business license for REI. NC requires a license for brokerage. Most people form an entity and the entity needs to be registered with NC...the cost is minimal....check out the NCSOS (Secretary of State) site.

Hello BP,

Im a wholesaler looking to build my cash buyers list. I was wondering should i post on craiglist and backpage to find cash buyers and if that is a good route to go, what section do i actually post in.

Also, i was wondering if anyone knew any good websites for bandit signs to use for marketing.

Hello BP,

Im a wholesaler here in Norfolk, VA but I'm also looking for tenants to lease option to but don't know exactly where to start when inquiring this people. Any suggestions on how to find these people?
