Thanks Eugene for your inputs. If you had to buy in this market in and around Frisco, where would you pick ? As I mentioned this will be our primary home and we will not sell it in the next 5 years or so. Does it makes sense to move east to McKinney or west of DNT ? I saw some new constructions by Lennar and Pulte, but as there are no comps there, its difficult to know if thats a fair market price for those areas.

My plan is to use it as a primary residence for 3-5 years. The properties in this neighborhood have sold close to 100% of the LP. I have checked the comps in the area and they are close to what this is listed for. My question is more focused on safety of the area and long term growth potential for next 5 years. This property is north of El Dorado and East of Hilcrest and I'm trying to get an understanding of this area and hoping that someone who lives around there can help. 

I need some advice on Panther Creek Estates in Frisco, TX. I'm planning to buy a property there for 360K and wanted to see if its a good deal. 4 Bed, 3.5 Bath, 3200 sq ft, built in 2006
