Hello Gurus... can someone please advise how is Greyhawk community in West Frisco (at the intersection of Panther Creek and FM 423). Some things I noticed are:

1. It is 7 miles north of SR121 and the main access road FM423 is under construction. Is that too far from the SR121 ?

2. The property is a SFR built in 2006, size is over 3400 sq ft and priced at 380K. Does this area still hold potential for future growth ?

3. The house is in good shape overall.

Please advise if you can

Thanks

Hello PROs-

I'm looking for inputs on one story versus two story homes in Frisco TX market on the following factors. Please advise.

1. Appreciation

2. Inventory available

3. Time to sell

Thanks,

Navin

In today's market, is it considered 'low-balling', if I put an offer 10% less than the LP ?

Hello Pro Experts - Please advise if the following deal looks good to you ? 6 properties wholesale deal in Ohio.

Thanks @Rohit Singh and @Mike Makkar for explaining the liability factor.

@Mike Makkar - Are you happy so far with your purchase in Plano, even though it wont fetch enough rent, if and when rented out, to cover the mortgage payments.

Thanks Rohit... what does 'liability' on books mean here ? Are you saying it will not be possible to rent it out ?

The good thing is when I requested the crime stats for this neighborhood from Frisco PD, no calls for service (CFS) were reported here for last 1 year !

Hi James, I agree that it's a large size property for renting and would not have many people interested in it. Do you think moving east to McKinney or west of DNT is any better option at all ? I've driven a lot in these areas and am trying to get advice from people who are already living there or have experience buying there.

Thank you Eugene. I am already working with a KW realtor but I'm not just relying on them to find the house for us. I am trying to gather as much information as I can to make a well informed decision. My goals are pretty clear... workplace in Frisco, with occasional travel to DFW. I'll keep this updated once I find a good place. Thank you again !
