Thanks Jake. I just joined the Pace Morby mentorship program. I think it will be good.

Hi BP,

I am new to RE investing and am eager to get started. I was curious about joining Brandon Turner's Better Life tribe and/or Pace Morby's Mentorship program. If you have any experience with either one I would love to hear about it.

Check out "Wealth without Cash" book by Pace Morby. He has some great suggestions.

For sure. I would want to get each step stabilized before moving on. I am sure I will adjust and adapt along the way. Thanks for the advise.

Hi all,

I am new to RE investing but have been researching for years now the most direct and efficient route to scale and this makes the most sense to me. Each step would educate and prepare me for the next.

I thought I would share this image that I have printed and framed by my bed and as my screensaver. It is my illustration of the Stack that Brandon Turner talked about. In addition, I also want to use a IUL (Indexed Universal Life Insurance) to double dip my investment.

I was thinking to start in San Antonio Texas and or wherever the numbers would work.

Has anyone else done this and what was your experience? Does anyone use IUL for RE investing? I would love to hear some feedback.
