Hey Bigger Pockets! So heres my situation. Closing on a house may 21 but I want to back up my savings with a personal loan. Giving the current covid crisis was thinking maybe someone would want to earn some interest over a few years on their savings and structure a loan. Would it be wise to seek that type of loan or better just going through a bank. Any feed back would be appreciated. Thank you

Good morning Micheal. Thank you for reaching out and taking the time to write a response and give me so many ideas. I really appreciate it. So we sold our home in dec 31 2018  due to some hardships and have been staying with my in laws while this house is being built. the hard ships caused me to go 90 days late twice in 2018 making it hard for me to qualify for a home loan and so my lnlaws are co-signing with my wife and she’s self employed another hurdle we got through lol.. and when I can I’m going to refi my in-laws out hoping to get it done in December. This is our third lender we’ve used that has given us a go. Can’t use my income which is hurting this so I’m going to try and go that rental idea route. I get it it’s unethical and not how I like to do things but if My intentions are for the good of everyone I’m going to try it. I can’t thank you enough for reaching out and I know I’m out here in Colorado but if there’s something I can do for you please let me know..Thanks again!

Hey bigger pockets! My name is Nathan Salgado and I really need some help. Due to the Covid 19 our terms for the second mortgage on a new construction changed and they want more money down. We close 21 of may and need to bring 83000 to make it happen. We have half that and I need help to think of ways that I can get the other half in time. I’ve contacted a few hard money lenders and both said don’t lend on primary residence and don’t know how the bank would feel about having another loan on the property...any thoughts would greatly be appreciated! Thank you!

Kevin Grinstead There's a house on my block that has sat vacant for 4 years and has water damage that caused black mold to take over the bottom floor and still asking 252 for it. I bought mine at 252 and could sell it for 380 it's crazy out here!

I've lived in Dacono for 5 years and love it here! It's only an 10-30 min drive in any direction to get to all other towns and cities.

@Kevin Grinstead

Thank you Kevin I appreciate that. I look forward to speaking with you.

@Sean Gilliam

Thank you  Sean for the kind words.

@Dan Mackin

Thanks Dan for the welcome! I will definitely make it to those meet-ups. I want to wholesale to build up Capitol and master it so that I can consistently have money for buy and hold properties. I would like to start with single family homes and than get into multi family.

Hi to all on the BP site. My name is Nathan Salgado and I'm a Colorado native. I've been a member and listening to all the podcasts for 10 months or so and fear of what I don't know has hindered me from taking any action. I hope to soon over come this fear and do what I know I'm capable of doing. Reading all these posts and listening to these podcasts are giving me confidence and  I really appreciate this community and all that everyone shares. I look forward to building relationships and building a lasting business of helping others while building long term wealth that can be handed down generation to generation.
