@Christian CiabalIm looking into assigning a few contract right now, but don't know where to find investors who will buy the contracts. Look I by for some type of investor hub! And also, is there a way cam complete a assignment process without actually having to be there?

I am a newbie go investing and need a solution. I have a house in another part of Florida that I want to put up under contract to assign the contract for so quick start up cash. Only problem I am havi g is my vehicle just went down and I have no dependable transportation at the moment. Is there any way I can go through with the assigning process without actually having to be there physically? Is there any way I can complete the process via computer or phone? PLEASE HELP ME OUT WITH THIS. THE OUTCOME OF MY LIFE IS DEPENDONG ON THIS NEW VENTURE.

I am 32, from Florida and have the strong desire to take on thus endeavor. Took something like an express couse in real estate investing, but still want to learn more about it so I can get maximum financial freedom for me and my kids. HELP PLEASE
