Hello, I am a newly REI and also a Vet, but have no deals under my belt. I want to purchase my first multi-family home/units with a VA loan. I have never sat down with the VA to see what I am eligible for benefit wise or loan wise. Any tips on how to approach this to have a successful deal?

I am a newbie go investing and need a solution. I have a house in another part of Florida that I want to put up under contract to assign the contract for so quick start up cash. Only problem I am havi g is my vehicle just went down and I have no dependable transportation at the moment. Is there any way I can go through with the assigning process without actually having to be there physically? Is there any way I can complete the process via computer or phone?
