Are you still in the program? How has it been for you? My wife and I are thinking of giving it a shot.

I am going to be moving away from my properties, and am starting to look for a property management company that I can trust. Does anyone out there have any recommendations for good management companies they would be willing to send my way?

I am trying to do my due diligence when analyzing properties, and a lot of the time it seems that my cash flow becomes dependent on my cost per month of insurance. I currently use USAA, but know that they can be on the expensive side. I don't want to lose coverage and peace of mind over a few bucks a month, but am wondering if anyone has any other suggestions on possible agencies that offer better rates for real estate investors?

I am looking for any wholesalers in the OKC area to build my network and find my next investment property.  I am looking for either small multifamily (2-4) or single family homes in the area that can make my numbers work. I am currently working to get some hard money and possibly private money going. I am ready to take my next step in my investing career!

This site is very daunting. There is so much knowledge out there, but I'm not really sure where to start. Haha

Going to start listening to some of the podcasts as well as past webinars I think.
