Hi, wholesaling seems to be a lot easier to do in the United States, but I don’t want to live out of Canada, is it possible to do wholesaling virtually from Canada in the United States?

Hi, I’m a wholesaler in Winnipeg, Canada. I was thinking about moving to Vancouver and I was wondering how many people actually wholesale in Vancouver and if it is a liable source of active real estate income.

Hi, my name is Nathaniel, I’m a wholesaler in Winnipeg and my family is thinking about moving to Vancouver. I was wondering if anyone is actually wholesaling in Vancouver. 

I live in Canada and its harder to find potential wholesale leads here, I was wondering if there are ways of finding leads online such as a pre-foreclosure list or something of that sort, or is driving for dollars and signs the only way?

@Mike Dorneman, I guess I should of mentioned, but I live and invest in Canada. I don’t think property shark is available in Canada. I appreciate the help though.

How do u get information on the homeowners of a house you want to Wholesaling. I tried looking online for the homeowners info online and I couldn’t find any. The house was badly burnt so I don’t think anyone lives there. I want to offer them a cash buyout, but I can’t figure out a next step.
