Looking for short term loan of $10,000 that will be paid at closing. Payment is needed to the buyer of the house and will be paid by the seller of the house at closing. Was hoping somebody could point me in the right direction of where to go. Appreciate your time, thank you.

So I would like to use the brrrr method. I would need a credit partner to help me with refi, because I have been self employed since covid. I've been in contact with a possible credit partner and would like to structure a deal in which she is paid $5000 for me to use his credit to refinance.

Hello, Bigger Pockets community!!! I am a first time home buyer trying to find a partner to make my first few deals with. On and off I've been studying real estate for two years, but in the last three months, I have been studying nonstop. I have money for a downpayment, experience in construction, and would like to be helped out with the rest. My goal is to generate cash flow through rental properties. I have a credit partner lined up. I have an LLC that I just made and even a couple of good deals lined up. What would be the dos and don'ts of structuring a partnership?

@John Buzzard Yes Linda! She's amazing. Super kind person. Really made me feel comfortable about the whole process.

@John Buzzard I think I spoke with your property manager! WOW, small world. I'll definitely be in touch.

@Jordan Burnett Thanks for the clear and direct response.

thanks for the advice Jim, but I feel like there are bad people wherever you go, but there are also nice people that are willing to give good advice and help someone out. The internet is the future. This was my first post and I've already made some valuable connections, and heard great advice. I feel like you shouldn't let fear prevent you from trusting or getting to know someone new. I know how to do my due diligence. I appreciate your concern.

I told people on this site a few weeks ago that I had found almost a million bucks in small bills hidden in the wall of a teardown with a rusty Glock lying on top of it. You would probably not believe how many Bigger Pockets users privately contacted me with various investment opportunities and advice, long after I had explained it was a joke.

That's hilarious!

@Susie Evans yes, in the university district as well as around the state. I wouldn't invest in a property without proper inspection.
