I was browsing the forums and saw under Allentown, PA that House Hacking was blank. This shocked me, with the area continuing to grow due the expansion and competition of the Lehigh Valley Health Network and St. Luke's Health Network, the multitude of universities in the area, grants to the city to revitalize, and the tourist attractions. I work with investors across the Lehigh Valley. I don't know the subject prop but with just a generic 5:2 turn-key/very light rehab house in mind, I am seeing across the LHV that $310k - $410k is fair.
