Hey team...we just acquired a 46,000 sq ft warehouse. Anybody have any experience leasing these?

Looking for a reliable electrician to do entire rough Ins, boxes, etc. I can pull permits. Plumbers and HVAC guys would also be appreciated! Thanks advance team!

I'm an experienced r/e investor in Cincinnati, Ohio that focuses on value add highly distressed retail/multi family. I have ownership in over 500 units in Cincinnati and have rehabbed over 1,000 units. My core focus is 50-200 unit multi families around future development that I can take out with non-recourse Freddy financing once stabilized. We control cost and profits through being vertically integrated with my own management/leasing/Maintenace and construction company. We negotiate with vendors to bring down cost and spec out material that will last long term. I'm looking to give first position debt and equity on most deals. Thanks for your time!
