Interesting. Can you give some more information about chattel lending. Why the greater need for it in these communities. Types of returns investors can expect from lending.

I am new to the forum and looking for a new construction builder or contractor in the Los Angeles / San Fernando Valley area. I am wanting to develop an investment property and need a contact.
