New construction builder/contractor referral - Los Angeles/SFV

Hi everyone,

I am new to the forum and looking for a new construction builder or contractor in the Los Angeles / San Fernando Valley area. I am wanting to develop an investment property and need a contact. 

If anyone knows a builder or contractor that they recommend I would greatly appreciate if you could put me in contact with them!
