Hey all. I’ve been wanting to get my foot in the door with real estate and I’m thinking about house hacking and land-lording it myself. I don’t have any experience just been reading a lot of material to learn about what’s required. Am I off my rocker?

I am looking to get into the real estate investing market and would like to just get my feet wet doing your typical buy and flip. I'm not sure where to begin and I'm just looking for starter points right now. Any tips to get me on the right path are greatly appreciated.
