Awesome! So great to meet you all here! My family and I are on an RV trip until mid October in the PNW. We have extremely spotty reception. We look forward to returning to Galveston, surrounding ourselves with likeminded positive people  and attending local meet ups or zoom calls...but mostly local meetups!

Shopping for lenders to refi 3 vacation rentals in Galveston, TX. We have quite a bit of equity in each. Each cash flows great! 

#1 family home we’ve remodeled into a vacation home. 1.5 years in the books. Highest credit score on title is 701. 
 
#2 Single family vacation rental for 5 months in an LLC with Credit score of 630.

#3 duplex- Vacation rental with 3 months rental history. LLC with credit score of 630.

Hi, my husband and I currently live in Texas and use Airbnb for our vacation rentals.
