Post: Trying to buy mobiles to remodel and rent- parks only allowing owner occupancy though?

Hello,

I am in the Seattle area and new at real estate. Because wholesaling is so hard right now due to our booming house market we decided to switch strategies and look at buying a mobile to rent (so at least we have some cash coming in).

We have called on a few (in Washington state and some in Florida) and it seems as though a lot of parks require owner occupancy. Does any one have more information on this? Is there a loophole- is it law or park owner preference?

Thank you!

Natalie

Thank you everyone for the welcomes!

@ Zach - I was actually at the last Snoco Investor meeting and will be at the next one as well :)

I will try to make it to some more local meetings as well.

Hey all,

I've been lurking for a while and thought it was time to introduce my self. My name is Natalie and I'm quite green when it comes to real estate investing. My business partner and I attended a "guru" training- which opening up my brain to a lot of great ideas- and now it's time to put in the footwork.

I'm very interested in meeting up with those who have been there done that and have knowledge to share.

So if you're in the Seattle area let me buy you a coffee and pick your brain :)

Hello,

That's wonderful to hear! Thank you for the reply. Do you find the software runs slowly or requires a lot of memory to run optimonly?

Thank you again,

Natalie

hello all,

I recently received a copy of prop trend from a real estate workshop and wanted to find out if people who used this software had any suggestions more pertaining to the computer. Is it easy to utilize on a smaller screen? Do you wish you'd installed it on a computer with more memory etc.....

Any advice or things you've noticed would be great as I'm laptop shopping and want to be able to best utilize the software.

Thanks!

Natalie
