Hey y’all! My name is Natalie and I’m super excited to have found this network.

Currently I work full time as a culture and development manager for an off road company, it’s super fun and I’ve gotten so much knowledge from here but I definitely  want my future working for myself! I have very little knowledge of real estate, but excited to learn and make it a reality!

For my life I want freedom, ability to give more, be more present, and do what I love! Which is why I found real estate to be a good option.

Goals: own rental properties that can replace my income and to own my own businesses doing what I love!

I currently own a non profit with a mission to break the cycle of abuse and sexual assault by healing those effected and providing education and advocacy. I have big big goals and dreams for this and it is my true passion, I have a background in holistic therapy and doing this work brings me so much joy! I also love events and hosting and would like to have an event space in my first homestead to host special events and more!

I would like to be able to support myself, my future fam and life as well as this non profit through real estate.

I’m originally from Boston, I love to read and be in nature, I also love tacos and Italian food and being around good friends!

Hi all! I am brand new to this space and very motivated. My goal for the future is to have rental properties (not managed by me). I listened to the podcast a bunch and figured that househack would be the best start for me since I am really ready to settle down in my own space anyways. So I guess my question is, where do I even start?

I also plan to operate (eventually) the non profit I started (holistic healing for trauma survivors) partially out of this property and an LLC (events etc.) I'm wondering if anyone has ever gone down this path and if there is any legal or financial matters I should consider?

Thanks in advance!!
