Its what I could afford and have done ok so far. Tenants pay on time and no damage to properties. I just need some guidance as to how much and what kind of coverage I should have.

Im a newbie and I would like for anyone to give me pointers in obtaining landlord insurances for my properties. They are in a Class D neighborhood but I need to protect myself against suits etc etc. I would appreciate some insights. Thanks!!!
