Thank you all for advice all having good points. I definitely dont want to be locked in with one realtor at this point

My concern is getting locked in with one realtor as an investor. Fro example to have two other agents that I have set me up on email alerts that fit my business criteria. So by signing this agreement can I not receive alerts or even do a deal with one of the listings that the others is that ok. I'm new so just want to do everything with integrity

So I am a new investor and I met with a realtor who is a former investor himself. I left the meeting feeling good the only thing is he wants me to sign a exclusivity agreement. He said that it would be the seller that's pays him. But my question is is the contract still necessary. He said if things aren't working I can rip it up at any time. Should I be worried it is this typical. I live in CT
