Financing fell through, and don’t want to go into hard money lending just yet. Anyone know of banks still proving non-qualifying mortgage loans currently? TIA!

Hello everyone! My fiancé and I are looking to purchase investment properties in the North Miami, NMB, and possibly Hollywood area this year. We are focusing on multifamily rentals but are also interested in single-family rentals as well. Anyone else out there in the same area? Would love some feedback!
