Market in North Miami & North Miami Beach

Hello everyone! My fiancé and I are looking to purchase investment properties in the North Miami, NMB, and possibly Hollywood area this year. We are focusing on multifamily rentals but are also interested in single-family rentals as well. Anyone else out there in the same area? Would love some feedback!

Hi @Nasreen El-Masri. I am local real estate agent and also investor. Multifamily are great and in North Miami Beach there are a lot of options (not on MLS...) you have to be careful with the neighborhood since you can pass from a C class to a D- in just a block.
