Looking for Triplex or Fourplex properties. Minimum cashflow $400 and up. How much Capital do you think I'll need?

Interested in multifamily properties around the Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa area in AZ for cash-flow.

I live in CA. How and where do I start to build my team? tia

I am a newbie as well, I've been reading lots of posts and also attending @Brandon Turner's webinars which are so great. I've learned so much since I joined recently and hoping to start my REI very soon. Educate yourself as much as you can, have a goal cuz RE is so broad. Which area of RE are you interested in? decide and focus on those posts. Good luck you:)

I am new to RE as well and I've been learning so much just reading the posts. I live in CA and want to start investing in RE in a different state (possibly AZ or FL). Where and how do I find an investor? what's the best way to find my team members and start the process?

@Ebony Brown I would find an experienced investor to partner with and bring half the cash and the property. This will cut down on mistakes made if you were going solo and you will only need half the down payment. Experienced investors only deal with newbies if they bring  present and future value My 2 cents good luck
