Pace's Mentorship has blown me away! I have been apart of other mentorships and nothing compares! He gives so much, I didn't think it was possible. I was worried that I might not get enough out of it but after 1 day, I knew I made the right decision. If you're serious about getting started in real estate or you're a seasoned RE professional, Pace covers it ALL! I don't know how he does it. The only thing I can complain about is that there's so much material, content and help that I can't look at it all.

Thank you for the advice. I was thinking of flipping but the current climate is too risky. My end goal is to do BRRRR so I'll be mostly holding my properties but I may sell some from time to time.

I didn't consider having to hang my license with a broker... Thanks for that info.

Thanks for your reply. I would like to have access to the MLS for the purpose of searching for deals. I suppose I could start with the salesperson license and get then broker license if I start selling my properties. I plan on getting a full service agent in the beginning. Thanks for your advice!
