Hi everyone! We are getting ready to start advertising for leases ending in the summer. I know it is not in every state but here in Texas they started charging something like $50 per month per property. Has anyone found a way around this? I would love your tips on this also if it really is worth it to pay Zillow that much to advertise properties. We currently use rentlinx but they way upped the price because of what Zillow is charging, thanks everyone in advance for your time! Hope everyone is having an awesome spring break

So I have them advertised on several different sites. I have it uploaded to rentlinx and turbo tenant and my property management software also offers advertising and I have it through there as well as craigslist. I will try facebook! 

How would you guys approach not being able to show a unit because the tenant has it in such bad condition? (these are tenants that we inherited when we bought the place)

Post: Question about Tax lien sale

Hi I have been looking into tax lien sales and was hoping to get some insight from everyone here. I was looking at a property and it is listed on the Harris county website saying that the minimum bid is about 10 grand when the property value is over 200 grand. I also saw the property listed on Zillow for sale for 245 grand.

So my questions are..

What does it mean that it is listed on zillow?

And

If by some miracle you buy the property for the minimum bid price you would get it for 10 grand?

These are probably stupid questions but I have them and it doesn't hurt to ask
