Hello Everyone,

Hope all is well. I'm an 18 year old looking to get my first credit card with a $300 limit. I need help on which credit card will best benefit me in the long run and what are some tips I can do to maintain a good credit score?

1) Should I pay off my credit card on the due date or statement date?

2) If my card has a $300 limit how much of it should I spend?

Please Help me!!! Thank you!

Hello everyone, My question is if you bought a duplex with 3.5% down using an FHA loan and you can't find a tenant to live in the other room and at the same time you don't want to be paying the full mortgage, what do you do? do you sell the duplex to pay off the mortgage or what do you do? please help!

Hello Everyone, I wanted to ask how do I find local real estate investors that are looking to help an 18 year old get started with real estate.

My question is If my wholesale deal is in for example Baltimore Maryland, can my title company/closing location be at a different city?

Hello everyone, my name is Nana Ofori I wanted to ask for tips on real estate wholesaling. I'm a 17 year old and I heard about real estate wholesaling about a year and half ago and ever since then I've been interested in doing it for a living one day. I've been trying to get my first deal but it's been difficult. I was wondering if you can give me tips on how to successfully get my first deal.
