Hi. I am in contract with a duplex in Pittsburg. I just received a 2nd inspection and the seller still has not made all the repairs i asked for. Instead of ordering a 3rd inspection I want to back out of the deal because I have a better deal to pursue. As long as I have the inspection contingency, I can back out right?
