Hi,

I am looking for recommendation for a licensed and insured GC in KCMO for the rehab of my Duplex property. The home was in a fire last year and has extensive damage. I already have a demo company going out to do the demolition soon. I would like to line up the re-build contractor as well quickly.

Best,

Nam

Hi,

I have a property in Kansas City that has fire damage, and I am searching for an insured and bonded general contractor with good references and reasonable prices.

Please assist me by providing any references you may have.

@Jordan Moorhead- Thank you for your response. I agree with the house hack being a god strategy in itself. I meant I am open to house hacking or BRRR. I am still learning the Austin market & so the quadplex is my wishlist at this point.

Hi,

I am looking to build my RE portfolio in Texas. Preferably using BRRR. I would like my first property to be a quadplex that I can BRRR & househack in. Does anyone know any good wholesalers, contractors in Austin, TX? Any thoughts on the current market there?

@Jeff Richardson I just read this thread & am curious to know if there is a seasoning period of 6 months for conventional re-fi in Texas? Have you worked with any lender that is open to conventional financing sooner than the seasoning period?
