If the deals are right, I would get all kinds of loans. It's harder to find a good deal.

I'm a beginner, my max is about 50K, areas: Gwinnett, Barrow, and Hall counties.

Any suggestions, please let me know. Thank you.

I just checked out the GA REIA yesterday, looked like they have the meeting mostly in the weekday evenings in Atlanta, and I would not be able to attend those meetings because I have small children and I need to help them with their homework. If the GA REIA is a little closer, I might be able to attend because I help my kids finish their homework before going to the meeting.

And I have not checking out the local forums because I do not know about it. I'll check it immediately.

Any suggestion on the local REIA? Please let me know. Thank you.

I'm a BP member for couple of years already, but I have not taking any action yet. Now I want to start. I'm looking to buy a fixer-upper in the Winder, GA area because that's where I live. Agents, or anyone has info about it, please let me know. Thank you.

Thanks for letting me know about joining smaller group.

I just registered for the salesperson license. I hope I'll do well in the class and get my license soon.

If I get my license, I might join one of the smaller groups too.

For the new salespersons, which broker, Re-Max, Keller William, Norton, and on... one would prefer to go work with?

Thank you all. A lot of discussions in here and I learned a lot.

Post: Thoughts on real estate agents carrying firearms...

How about if I have a possible tenant wanted to rent my house and the tenant saw me carrying a firearm, would the tenant say if I don't pay his rent, he might use his firearm on me? And the tenant might not rent my house, and I might lose a good tenant or two.

I'm very new to this field, real estate investing.

If I didn't get into auto accident, I would start on the fixer-upper, or flipping houses if I know how to get the financial that I need. However, I got into accident, so I couldn't do much at this point.
