Anyone with experience using Mojo Dailer or other dealers, how do you prevent a new number from appearing as a "Spam Risk" or "Spam Likely"?

What is the best way to rotate fresh numbers from cold calling excessively?

The brokerage I work in, Reafco, are all specialized investor-friendly agents. We have systems and processes in place to find off-market deals in the Cleveland and Columbus area. We are investors ourselves!

Cleveland, Ohio is a great market to focus on for cash flow, and specific pockets have gone up 2x and upwards of 4x in the last 5-10 years even!
