Cleveland is what I focus in, it's great market to focus on for cash flow and specific pockets have gone upwards of 2-4x in the last 5-10 years.

Gavin, you need to look for investor-friendly agents. What they do differently is they source leads for you off-market and send them according to your investment criteria. Off-market deals usually come with discounted prices, no bidding war, and less pressure.

Hey Cesar, you should  check out single family or duplex in Cleveland that can produce strong cash flow such as 44102, 44109 and 44111
