@Erik Estrada how can a foreign national credit be used to US based loan? will this apply to any country?

Hi

I'm interested in BRRRR while I am not based in the US.

All the initial steps are understood but the cash out refinance is still not very clear to me.

How can I make sure that a cash out refinance of 80% LTV will be possible for a foreigner forming a US based LLC? Will a business credit score a must?

Thanks for helping and feel free to connect!

Hi everyone, happy to join the team :)

I am eager to start as a rental property investor in the US, while I don't live in the US nor have a green card.

Based on the above, I have some doubts on how can I practically do it:

1. Should I open an LLC and use it for the title?

2. Can I open an LLC and bank account from abroad?

3. Will cash out refinance work for LLC or only as a private person? is it conventional or commercial?

Happy to learn more from people who had the same experience so feel free to share from your experience!

Thanks !
