I joined KW and they have a great education program. I think it more or so has to do with you and the environment in the brokerage you join. smaller firms generally attract more tenured agents that go there to not spend time training newbies. NOT all of them are like this but the advantage of the big firms are the specific education programs. @Eugene Kravchenko

Im a big fan of Keller Williams and their educational program. I am currently going through it right now and it feels more supportive than anything. You have to go and speak with them and see if it fits your personality type. Technically you are interviewing them when you go.

Agent commissions can range and you have to look at everything you are paying for outside of just your commissions. 70/30 isn't uncommon, but there are minimum price quota you need to hit in order to retain 100% of that commission.

May sound confusing but honestly the best thing you can do is to continue your education and partner with someone you admire. Learn from the people you want to be,

Hi Dawn,

I got my license, I started as an agent today, but am just learning the ropes at kw. My curiosity, excitement, and anxiety are all intertwined.

Hi,

My name is Nabil, I am new to this world of real estate. I am looking to read and listen to as much as I can before moving into making my first real estate investment. I am one day into becoming a real estate agent and look forward to the things I am about to learn. I hope to read more about the success you all are having and hopefully get to meet some of you along the way.
