Basically it is a 50 lot stage of development with construction starting on May 2014 and completion date is October 2014. Sales will begin in September 2014.

The task is to complete the excel cash flow sheet to determine when and how much cash is generated from this stage of development based on forecasting sales, allocating construction costs, and determining funding from the loan and owners cash.

Do you think you may be able to assist?

I have a case study question that I am trying to solve on Land development that I really need some assistance on. I will attach it and hopefully some brilliant person will be able to help me solve it.
