Can I be held liable if a tenant of mine has a pit bull that bites? What actions would you take if one of your tenants brought a dangerous dog breed home.

Hello BP members. Looking to start investing in rentals in the Rifle to Grand Junction area of the state. Only real estate experience I have is buying the house I currently live at in Georgetown Colorado. Moving out that way for work and we figure now might be a good time to learn about real estate investing.
