I'm currently in the process of creating my LLC on INCfile and it says...

We’ve identified 7 licenses for your Real Estate business in Texas.

Is anyone else familiar with this? It wants to charge me another $99 to list them and send me the applications.

If I was single and living alone, I would definitely consider it but with a live-in gf who recently had back surgery, it' not ideal at the moment.

Spent my life living in both Cali and Texas. Specifically, I'd like to move back to San Diego

@Jordan Moorhead I do own my single family home. Had to look up the term "house hacking". I haven't considered doing that yet.

Hi everybody! Just found this site by a google search. Anyway, I'm Murphy and I'm new to real estate investing. My current job is as a NOC / network engineer and what really got me motivated into learning about investing was that money has been tight and I was looking for a side gig. If I become successful at this, I would definitely consider quitting the engineer job and focus 100% on investing. I'm currently going through some online courses to learn about getting started in wholesaling, moving up to fix'n'flips, and ultimately investing. I suspect that I will be concentrating on my local area at first but definitely want to expand to other regions. I'm currently in the process of creating my LLC and business websites, etc. Can't wait to get more involved. Would love to connect with local talent.
