Creating LLC in Texas - Additional licenses / permits
I'm currently in the process of creating my LLC on INCfile and it says...
We’ve identified 7 licenses for your Real Estate business in Texas.Is anyone else familiar with this? It wants to charge me another $99 to list them and send me the applications.

I have created dozens of LLC in Texas and most of them with Incfile. You do not need an additional licenses
